Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read these terms and conditions in their entirety prior to ordering goods.

Privacy

Monster Marine holds information on its customers collected at the time of ordering for the processes of fulfilling the orders made. Customers are also given the opportunity to join a mailing list, this is optional and this can be done when placing an order or through link on the website and all newsletter e-mails sent will include instructions of how to remove yourself from the mailing list. You should note that Monster Marine will not sell its database of emails to a third party and all data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Prices

All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order. Product prices in the shopping cart usually exclude delivery charges. The carriage costs are usually referred to in the product description, OR will be confirmed at the point of order and added to the invoice that will be e-mailed to you.

Product Descriptions

Monster Marine attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Monster Marine does not warrant that product descriptions or other contents of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Monster Marine is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Under 18's

Monster Marine does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell under 18's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use the Monster Marine on-line shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Delivery

Boats/Tenders and electric motors are usually shipped direct to customers from the factory, hence Monster Marine has no control over the delivery timeline and accepts no responsibility for any delays or other issues that might occur.

Complaints Procedure

All complaints should be addressed to Chinaweal Centre, Suite P, 414-424 Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. 

Faulty Products

If you believe a product to be faulty (from the point of sale) please e-mail full details to: monstermarineinasia@gmail.com.hk and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Monster Marine takes after-sales service very seriously in which we will try to obtain a satisfactory resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Product Guarantee's

All products benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty and are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials.

Delays

The time for completion of orders is given in good faith, but is not guaranteed. Monster Marine shall not be responsible for any delay and an order cannot be cancelled once placed. 

Stock Levels

All of our products are offered subject to availability. Our website does not include live tracking of stock - so you might want to contact us first to check we have your required items/size(s). If after placing an order we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the missing item from your order, if funds have been debited, they will be refunded back to the source of payment less any fees deducted by the credit card provider/PayPal/Bank.

Environmental Policy

It is part of our environmental policy that we may use recycled materials such as used cardboard boxes and bubble wrap for our customers goods packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions
