Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read these terms and conditions in their entirety prior to ordering goods.
Privacy
Monster Marine holds information on its customers collected at the time of ordering for the processes of fulfilling the orders made. Customers are also given the opportunity to join a mailing list, this is optional and this can be done when placing an order or through link on the website and all newsletter e-mails sent will include instructions of how to remove yourself from the mailing list. You should note that Monster Marine will not sell its database of emails to a third party and all data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Prices
All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order. Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges. The carriage costs are calculated during the checkout process and are dependent on the size of the order and the destination.
Product Descriptions
Monster Marine attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Monster Marine does not warrant that product descriptions or other contents of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Monster Marine is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Under 18's
Monster Marine does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell under 18's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use the Monster Marine on-line shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Delivery
Monster Marine aims to process your order as soon as possible. Generally we process orders within three working days but during busy periods the process may take longer. Average delivery times for 'in stock' items are 2-7 business working days from receipt of order but the actual timescale is in no way guaranteed. If you require items urgently you should contact us by WhatsApp +852-91993860 before ordering to check stock and estimated delivery time.
Complaints Procedure
All complaints should be addressed to Chinaweal Centre, Suite P, 414-424 Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. *Please note that goods that were received as prizes may only be exchanged for a different size of the same item.
Faulty Products
If you believe a product to be faulty from the point of sale you have 7 days to return the product in unused condition and with proof that the product has a manufacturing fault that was present at the point of sale. It is our decision as to how we deal with the fault, if accepted, and the customer will be informed via email or telephone as to our decision.
Product Guarantee's
All products benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty and are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials for six months, excluding normal wear and tear.
Delays
The time for completion of orders is given in good faith, but is not guaranteed. Monster Marine shall not be responsible for any delay and an order cannot be cancelled once placed.
Stock Levels
All of our products are offered subject to availability. Our website does not include live tracking of stock - so you might want to contact us first to check we have your required items/size(s). If after placing an order we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the missing item from your order, if funds have been debited, they will be refunded back to the source of payment less any fees deducted by the credit card provider/PayPal/Bank.
Environmental Policy
It is part of our environmental policy that we may use recycled materials such as used cardboard boxes and bubble wrap for our customers goods packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions
