We try to keep clothing/sailing gear delivery costs to an absolute minimum whilst offering the best possible service. Typically, a flat delivery charge of HK$100 irrespective of the size of the order is applied. Alternatively, orders may be collected from our facility in Clearwater Bay by appointment, saving the delivery charge!
 
Average local delivery times for 'In Stock' items is 2-5 business working days but occasionally this may take longer - in which case we will aim to let you know. If items are needed urgently you should contact us first by WhatsApp 852-91993860 before ordering to check stock availability and estimated delivery time.

Large items such as boats/tenders and electric outboard motors will cost considerably more to deliver of course - overseas delivery costs will depend on the weight and size of the items you have ordered, your location and the method of transportation. You are of course responsible for any taxes or import duties that may apply in your country. Please e-mail monstermarineinasia@gmail.com to obtain a delivery quote.

Courier items or tracked deliveries will require a signature on arrival and the delivery location must be a business address. Please note that if our couriers find that there is nobody available to sign for the package, a notification card will be posted at the delivery address and the package returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to then contact the courier company to arrange re-delivery or collection within the indicated timescale. Failure to do this will result in the package being returned to us and you will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
